Each guest registration includes access to the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29 and 30th, a drink ticket for the Exhibitors' Reception on Tuesday, October 29th and admitance to the Exhibitor's Breakfast on Wednesday, October 30th. This registration types does NOT include access to any of the technical sessions or general sessions.
*Speaker Rebate Applies - Presenters who present a technical paper(s) and/or poster(s) at the conference will receive a rebate reflecting the difference between the Full Registration Rate and the appropriate Full Presenter Registration Rate ($115 rebate for Members; $95 rebate for Non-Members). Rebates are issued only to eligible presenters who complete the Speaker Rebate Form and submit it by the deadline stated on the from. Speaker Rebate Forms are only available onsite. No rebates will be issued to any presenter who cancels their registration. There are no rebates paid to those registering at the Exhibitor, Student or Speaker Daily rates. Moderators do not qualify for a rebate unless they presented a technical paper or poster in addition to their moderator duties.

Workshops
Registration fees for any workshops offered at the conference are not included with the conference registration fees. However, the workshop options are available within the online registration form and you can combine registrations for your total conference and workshop registration in one transaction.
