*Speaker Rebate Applies - Presenters who present a technical paper(s) and/or poster(s) at the conference will receive a rebate reflecting the difference between the Full Registration Rate and the appropriate Full Presenter Registration Rate ($115 rebate for Members; $95 rebate for Non-Members). Rebates are issued only to eligile presenters who complete the Speaker Rebate Form and submit it by the deadline stated on the from. Speaker Rebate Forms are only available onsite. No rebates will be issued to any presenter who cancels their registation. There are no reabtes paid to those registering at the Exhibitor, Student or Speaker Daily rates. Moderators do not qualify for a rebate unless they presented a technical paper or poster in addition to their moderator duties.
