We encourage submissions of presentations that cover a wide range of tools, technology, approaches and business concepts pertaining to the geospatial industry.

Would you like to teach a workshop at the ASPRS 2014 Annual Conference? This is your opportunity!
ASPRS will sponsor workshops on Sunday, March 23rd and Monday, March 24th, 2014. These workshops are intented to be educational rather than for the promotion of vendor software or hardware. Workshops can be taught as either half-day (4-hour) or full-day (8-hour) courses.

The deadline for workshop submissions is Friday, October 4, 2013. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . ASPRS reserves the right to cancel any workshop that does nothave sufficient enrollment 30 days prior to the start date.
The online presentation form will be available at the link above; however, if you are not able to use the online form and wish to email the Technical Program Co-Chairs directly, please follow the directions below.
Presenters are asked to select a category for their presentation according to the categories listed below and to state a preference for the type of presentation (oral, poster, round-table, other). Presentation outlines may not exceed 300 words in length and should include 3-5 keywords and contact information for the senior contact and the presenter.

Please include the following information in your email:
• Topic or category from the list above
• Preference for presentation type
• Title
• Outline not to exceed 300 words in length
• 3 to 5 key words
• Contact(s) name(s) and Affiliation(s)
• Proposed presenter(s)
• Contact information, including mailing address, phone, fax and e-mail for senior author.
All presentation outlines will be evaluated and selections will be based on overall quality of the outline and its responsiveness to the conference theme. Presentations are due October 11, 2013, and strict adherence to submission deadlines is requested. Notices of acceptance will be sent by e-mail by November 8, 2013 by the Technical Program Chairs of this conference. Upon notification of acceptance, authors will be expected to acknowledge receipt of the acceptance letter by email, verifying their intent to attend and make a presentation at the conference.
Accepted presentations will be assigned to a concurrent session based on topic. Presenters sharing common interests are encouraged to coordinate submissions that could form a session on a specific topic.

All presenters and session moderators are required to complete the online registration form and include the appropriate registration fee no later than December 9, 2013 (within 60 days of the e-mail notification of their presentation acceptance).
Presenters who do not register within the above noted time limit will be dropped from the program and all listings will be removed from the Preliminary Program and Conference Proceedings.
If a presenter wishes to have their work included in the proceedings, a full presentation must be submitted electronically no later than January 18, 2014. Complete details will be provided by email to each primary contact person.
