How Can I Contribute?

There are many ways to contribute to the ASPRS Foundation. The easiest way is to add the donation to your membership dues renewal when you receive it in the mail. We are also happy to receive contributions in cash or as endowments, bequests, trusts, covenants, gifts, or legacies.  You may also donate online (see below) or by mail/check.  If you wish to donate online and do not have an ASPRS online account, please create an account first, then login to the site and return to this page.

If mailing your donation, please be sure to make the check payable to "ASPRS Foundation Inc."  If you wish to specify the purpose of the donation, please write the award/scholarship or other fund name in the Memo field on the check or provide instructions in an accompanying letter.  Please DO NOT include the award or fund name in the payable field of the check--that will necessitate having the check reissued as the bank will not accept checks made payable other than to the ASPRS Foundation.

Donors may choose to make either a Restricted or an Unrestricted (General) contribution. You will receive a signed receipt once your contribution is received. The Foundation Trustees will review proposed donations and any terms specified by the donor to ensure that the donation will legitimately and substantially enhance the charitable programs of The Foundation and that any conditions associated with the donation can be met.

The ASPRS Foundation is a charitable organization exempt from taxation under the US Code 501(c) 3. Donations to the Foundation are deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes to the extent provided by law. No goods or services will be provided in consideration for contributions.

ASPRS has set aside funds from the Society’s reserves to match
individual ASPRS member and Region contributions to the Foundation.
