Article XII. Amendments
Petition for Amendment
Amendments to these Bylaws may be proposed in writing to the Treasurer and shall be signed by at least two members of the Region Council or by at least ten qualified voting members of the Region.
Amendment Procedure
Amendments to these Bylaws may be made at any regular or special meeting provided that the proposed amendment has been presented, in writing, to the members at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting at which the proposed amendment is to be acted upon.
Adoption
Amendments to these Bylaws shall be adopted if the amendments receive an approval from two-thirds of the regional members who cast votes on the amendments. Ballots will be mailed and/or emailed by the Treasurer of the Region. Ballots may be cast at a meeting or returned by mail and/or email to the Treasurer.
