Abstracts are due September 12, 2008. Strict adherence to submission deadlines is requested.
Notices of acceptance will be sent by e-mail on or about November 7, 2008 by the Technical Program Co-chairs of this conference.
Upon notification of acceptance, authors will be expected to sign and return the acceptance letter verifying their intent to attend and make a presentation at the conference.
Applicants who have not received a communication regarding their submission by November 24, 2008, should contact the Technical Program Co-chairs listed in this announcement.
If a presenter wishes to have their work included in the proceedings, a full presentation must be submitted electronically no later than December 19, 2008.
