of the discounted Sustaining Member booth rate. You will receive all of the

Service Kit
Approximately 60 days prior to the meeting, each exhibitor
will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit containing:
- Order forms for exhibit furnishings, additional
draping, accessories, special work (such as
carpentry and painting),
additional signs, electrical
work,
floral decorating, audiovisual equipment rental, and
other services
- Labor regulations
- Rules and regulations
- Shipping and receiving your materials
- Conference registration
