Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received before March 22, 2004 receive a full refund; between March 22 and April 15, 2004 receive a 50% refund; after April 15, 2004, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be made on imprinted merchandise.
