In addition to regular show hours, the Welcome to San Antonio Reception is set for Tuesday, November 7 in the Exhibit Hall and the Exhibitors’ Reception, also in the Exhibit Hall, is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8. Booth Fees and Amenities

MAPPS Members and ASPRS Sustaining Members qualify for a discounted rate on exhibit space. Rates are based on a 8’ x 10’ booth.

*Exhibitors who are not MAPPS or ASPRS members may wish to join either or both organizations and take advantage of then discounted rates along with the many other member benefits.

Amenities

Show Decorator & Drayage Firm

U-Neek Expo has been named the official decorating service contractor. An exhibitor service kit will be forwarded approximately 60 days before the show. Questions or correspondence concerning the shipment of materials, decorating, booth furnishing, electrical or phone service, etc. should be directed to U-Neek. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted, but special colored carpet can be provided by U-Neek for an additional fee.
