Pecora 16 Global Priorities in Land Remote Sensing

Poster Presentation Information

All poster presenters will be provided with a 4 x 8 foot panel and push pins with which to attach the poster. Posters should be set up on Tuesday morning (before 10:00 a.m.), October 25, 2005 and left up through Thursday morning, October 27, 2005 (10:30 a.m.). A special Poster Session will be held on Tuesday evening, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Poster presenters are requested to be with their posters during this event.

All sessions will be held at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. We have arranged a special conference rate at the Sheraton Sioux Falls Hotel of only $74 single/double occupancy for Pecora 16 participants. There are a limited number of government rate rooms available as well. Early reservations are strongly advised as the room block expires on September 19 and there is no guarantee that rooms will be available at that late date. To register, see http://www.asprs.org/pecora16/hotel.html).

Please note that all presenters must register for the Pecora 16 Symposium and pay the appropriate registration fee no later than September 9, 2005 (see https://www.asprs.org/Pecora16Reg/Pecora16Reg.html). Students may register at the appropriate student rate, others should register at the appropriate speaker rate (see the registration form).

The deadline for papers to be included in the Pecora 16 Symposium proceedings is August 26, 2005. We would prefer that you submit a full paper, rather than just an abstract, as attendees want more complete information on the proceedings. In lieu of a paper, you may submit a pdf file of your poster presentation for the proceedings. Details on preparation of manuscripts can be found at http://www.asprs.org/pecora16/memorandum.html.

Papers for the proceedings must be sent to:
