to attendees who reserve rooms before APRIL 1, 2006.

Phone reservations may be made by calling the Conference Hotel at (800) 648-5080 and identifying yourself as an American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Conference attendee Group Code ASPRS. A limited number of government rate rooms are available. Please use Group Code ASPRSGV when booking Government Rate rooms. Government identification may be required at checkin. Please reserve early. The April 1 cutoff date does not guarantee that rooms will still be available at this special rate.

Important Message to all out-of-town attendees:

By all out-of-town ASPRS Conference attendees staying at the Reno Hilton Hotel, the society is able to contain costs for your annual conference. In order to obtain adequate conference meeting space, it is necessary for the Society to guarantee the hotel that a certain number of attendees will be staying at the hotel. When this number is not met, ASPRS is charged for all guaranteed rooms that are not reserved. If this expense is incurred it may result in higher future conference fees.

If you have make advanced reservations and find that you will not be attending the conference, please cancel your reservations as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation penalty and to allow other attendees the conference rate advantage. This also helps ASPRS avoid penalties imposed by the hotel for rooms reserved by ASPRS but not occupied by conference attendees.
