Call for Abstracts
Daily we are informed of new and exciting development in
the geospatial industry. It is ASPRS’ objective to solicit your
insights, developments, and refinements for inclusion in the
technical program, informative to leading edge workshops,
demonstrations, and exhibit space. Subjects such as Smart
Cities, Big Data, Internet of Things, Autonomous Systems,
new and refined air, land, and water sensors and platforms
providing continuous surveying verification, validate and
updates, revision and development of new standards (9 July
2016 NPS note on Federal Communications Commission
testbed for indoor mobile phone Z-axis accuracy (http://
gpsworld.com/new-testbed-for-verifying-location-technologies/)
all augment and challenge the Geospatial industry.
We are seeking a number of premier presentation and
workshop submissions dealing with ASPRS core disciplines
and their application in the collection, management, exploita-
tion, and analysis of geospatial sources, data, and informa-
tion. We are especially interested in contributions focused on
the future and that provide a glimpse of innovation and tech-
nology on the horizon. Government agencies, private firms
and university programs are greatly encouraged to submit an
abstract on emerging application topics with high potential.
