Convention Planning and Policy Committee Information

The Convention Planning and Policy Committee shall consist of the President, President-Elect, Executive Director, Program Chair and a Sustaining Member representative at a minimum. The Committee shall provide policy development and control for ASPRS conventions and similar meetings, as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.

Committee Charges:

  • Revise and update, as necessary, the Guidelines for planning and conducting the Annual Meetings and the Fall Specialty Conferences.
  • Provide assistance, as appropriate, to the program chairs for the Fall Specialty Conference and the Annual Conference.
  • Maintain a roster of members of the committee and ensure that an updated list of members is posted on the Society’s website.
