Associate or Full Professor, 9 month – Tenure Track Position – Geomatics/Surveying Engineering

The Department of Engineering Technology and Surveying is seeking a tenure-track faculty for an ABET accredited B.S. program in Geomatics/Surveying Engineering and will be open until the position is filled.  Candidates must have a minimum of a M.S. in Surveying, Geomatics, Photogrammetry, or closely related field, PhD is preferred.  The ideal candidate should be able to teach basic surveying courses and a significant number of advanced topics within the following:  Geodesy, Photogrammetry, remote sensing and advanced positioning systems such as Lidar, Sonar, and Radar.   Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching ability, industrial experience, and/or research.  Professional licensure (professional surveying/engineering) or certification (certified photogrammetrist) are desirable, but not required. NMSU is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.   For complete job description, qualifications and application process please visit:
