Why Exhibit?
The Conference Exhibit Hall represents a collection of organizations offering specialized products and services. Our attendees have grown to rely on your exhibits and representatives for the latest information relevant to their profession. With 700 attendees expected this year, the conference exhibit hall is the best way to reach this vital market. There is no better time to establish a presence, generate sales, increase market share and introduce new offerings than to meet current and new clients face-to-face.
We are making sure that attendees have ample time to visit vendors by providing special events, daily lunches and breaks inside the exhibit hall. Our grand opening is Tuesday, October 28th at 12:00 pm - this is sure to be a fabulous event!
Booth Fees and Amenities
(Rates are based on a 10' x 10' booth)
ASPRS Sustaining Members and MAPPS Member Firms $2,000
Non-Members $2,600
Deadline for space reservations: September 24, 2003
In addition to the space itself, the price of the booth includes:
- A 7” x 44” identification sign
- Draped back wall and side rails (not applicable for island booths)
- One full complimentary conference registration (per 10’ x 10’ booth
- 3 exhibit booth personnel registrations (per 10’ x 10’ booth)
- Complimentary post-conference attendee mailing list
- Free listing in the conference final program (providing sign-up is prior to publication date)
- Opportunity to schedule private product demonstrations in the Exhibit Hall during designated non-show hours
Membership Information ASPRS Sustaining Membership is $1000 annually. If your company is not currently an ASPRS Sustaining Member, become one today. Take advantage of the discounted Sustaining Member booth rate and receive all of the additional benefits of an ASPRS Sustaining Member (to find out more about ASPRS Sustaining Membership, visit our web site http://www.asprs.org, call 301-493-0290 or e-mail members@asprs.org). MAPPS Membership is by firm. Dues for a Member Firm is $1250, and for an Associate or Sustaining Member Firm it is $2750. If your firm is not currently a MAPPS Member Firm, become one today! Show Decorator & Drayage Firm
U-Neek Expo has been named the official decorating service contractor. An exhibitor service kit will be forwarded approximately 60 days before the show. Questions or correspondence concerning the shipment of materials, decorating, booth furnishing, electrical or phone service, etc. should be directed to U-Neek. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted, but special colored carpet can be provided by U-Neek for an additional fee.
