How to Register

Online Registration will end November 5, 2002. After that, you must register on site at the conference.

Please register using the registration form or on-line. The form may be duplicated as needed. Fill out the form completely (type or print clearly, or attach a business card). Your name badge will reflect this information. Payment will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks made payable to ASPRS, and signed government purchase orders or training orders. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Please do not mail in your pre-registration form after you have registered by fax or on-line.

Workshop Registration
Workshops require individual registration and additional payment to the general conference registration fees. They are not included in the full registration fees. Availability is based on space. We do not reserve spaces without full payment in advance and there is no waiting list. Workshop registrations must be postmarked by October 21, 2002. ASPRS reserves the right to cancel any workshop if the minimum number of registrations is not received by October 21, 2002. On-site registration will be available for confirmed workshops with additional space.

Spouse/Guest Registration
The Exhibit Hall and Opening Reception are included in a spouse/guest registration. However, if spouses or guests wish to attend educational sessions, they must register at the appropriate rate.

Speaker Registration
For those individuals giving an oral presentation or poster during the conference, as well as those who are moderating a session, please down load the Speaker Registration Form here.

On-site Registration On-site Registration will be located in the North Convention lobby of the Adam's Mark Hotel.

Confirmations
Your registration will be confirmed by mail or fax. Please notify the Meeting Registrar at 301-984-9450 ext. 17 if you have not received your confirmation within two weeks, or if you have any questions. Your registration packet will be available at the Advance Registration Desk, located in the North Convention lobby of the Adam's Mark Hotel. A registration is not considered complete until all registration fees are received by the Meeting Registrar.

Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee and will be issued one month after the conference. To qualify for a full refund, a written cancellation must be received by the Meeting Registrar by October 11, 2002. For cancellations received by November 4, 2002, a 50 percent refund will apply. No refunds will be given after November 5, 2002.

Badges/Tickets
You must carry your event tickets and wear your name badge to enter the workshops, educational sessions, exhibit hall, and social functions.

Membership Discount
To receive the discounted registration rate for members, you must be a dues paying member of ASPRS, or a member of an ISPRS member country, or TRB. To become a member of ASPRS, download the membership application at www.asprs.org/membership.
